RETURN POLICY
Please review this return policy before requesting to return goods.
CONDITIONS
No damage to case (unless that’s the reason for return i.e. damaged/defective)
- Damaged/defective product returned within a reasonable amount of time i.e. not 1+ months later
- No product missing from inside the case
- Must be return in original packaging with little to no damage to said packaging (tops of cardboard boxes intact, etc.)
- Non stocks must be approved by Purchasing and are subject to a Manufacturer’s restocking fee (varies manufacturer to manufacturer)
Anything purchased over one (1) year (twelve (12) months, or 365 days) ago,
- Must be approved by Purchasing prior to return/pick up attempt
- If approved for pick up, must be inspected by Warehouse management and found in good condition (no damage to case, no missing items, not expired, etc.).
- Product must still show in customer’s purchase history.
- If it cannot be located in sales history, it cannot be returned unless approved by Rep then Management.
